the flowers are lovely and add a truly different look to the garden. Also make great cut flowers. We raise hives of bees, and of all our flowers and fruit trees, this is absolutely their favorite. If you love bees, bees are a total treat for them.

I've purchased these bare root, before & had great results, as starting Eryngium alpinum from seeds can be extremely difficult.Easy in well drained sunny spot, but dislikes summer heat & frequent thunderstorms like I get in Virginia. These are just like the photo & I like them so much, I'm buying 4 more! Thanks, Michigan Bulb.
