Dick Clark Grandiflora Rose
Deep red buds twirl open to reveal heart-warming cream-and-cherry colored blooms. These double blooms are especially lovely over a backdrop of lush, tremendously shiny, green foliage. Dick Clark Grandiflora is resistant to black spot and mildew. As it is an own-roots rose, instead of a grafted onto a different rootstock, this grandiflora boasts excellent flower power and hardiness. It's ideal for colder climates, because even if the top of your rose bush dies off in a cold winter, the soil will keep the roots safe and new shoots will all be true to type. It also creates a more symmetrical and appealing plant form. Lovely container rose; bred by hybridizers Carruth and Bedard. This gorgeous variety was named after the beloved entertainer and host of the show American Bandstand. Rosa 'WEKfunk' PP23455
