All the bulbs came in a clump, so rather than break them up, I just planted the whole thing. They grew quickly and are already producing fragrant flowers.

I got 4 plants last season. They weathered our winter with a light layer of mulch and are each 8 high already this spring. One of the has already propagated two off shoots and they're doing very well. Highly recommend.

I ordered 19 of these to have a massing in my yard out near the woods that still get full sun. The plants arrived and they looked like the discount plants you buy from Lowes, they looked half/or better dead. I planted them, but we will see if they grow. I have ordered alot of plants from these guys this year but these were far from impressive.

I know these are delicate little plants. I gave them good care when planted in my front flower bed. None of them ever came up. Was disappointed. However, I am in Zone 9 so I knew they might not like it here since they are rated for up to Zone 8. (Houston)

Understand. These are sent bare rooted and the pips, the flower shoots, are little sprouts. No, they will NOT grow anywhere. They MUST have good soil in part or full shade. The soil should be kept slightly moist to the touch. Slightly moist. Not soggy. For the best control, I have started mine in a pot inside. The pips send up green leaves similar to tulip leaves. Then I will transplant them to the outside as long as the temperatures are above freezing. You can also keep them inside until after they flower. (The scent is wonderful) Then transplant them to the outside. You do not need to dig them up and bring them inside for the winter once they are established. In fall the leaves will turn brown and dry. The plants roots will go dormant in the soil until the next spring. I am back to buy more.

I recieved my plants on Tuesday and put them in the ground on Thursday. Every pip had a lot of really healthy roots and many had more than one stem already started. I think they will all come up. I bought them once before from another vendor and not one of thom ever came up.

Mmmm SMELL THEM!!!!

These smell so nice in the spring time. Short lived flowers but a great ground cover and spreads quickly in good soil. They grow faster when watered through the season. My grandmother had them everywhere and grandpa would have to mow them down to keep them at bay.
