Polar Berry™

Description
For deserts and jams that are sure to delight, these conversation-starting berries are actually white! They were discovered by chance, growing among wild blackberries on a farm in Illinois. The fruit is just as sweet and delicious—you can eat them fresh, make fun jellies and jams, or freeze for up to 8 weeks. The flowers are beautiful too, showing pristine white in May and June. The plant is self-pollinating and will begin producing fruit on two-year-old canes. Leaves and canes are also unique, remaining green, instead of displaying in any of the red coloring typical blackberry bushes bear. Rubus fruticosus 'Polar Berry™' PP20234
